Together, we’ll create a private space dedicated to your healing and growth, where you can open your heart and talk about things you wouldn’t feel comfortable talking about with anyone else in your life.

Sometimes we simply need this sort of space where we can bring our attention back to ourselves and make sense of it all.

Location: Online. In a quiet environment that will work for you.

Please note sessions are one hour long.  Fees are in Canadian dollars.
